You may recall that last month, a free legendary Pokémon was sent to everyone who owned X, Y, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. At the time, we were told this would be followed with a second. Well The Official Pokémon Company didn't disappoint, with a new legendary now available.
If you have connected your 3DS to the internet, then you scan pick up your very own Jirachi from the "mystery gift" menu in-game. The steps are identical to those for Celebi last month:
- Go to Mystery Gift
- select Receive Gift
- Get Via Internet
- get a free Pokémon!
As well as an in-game appearance, fans of the series can also celebrate the twentieth anniversary in the Pokémon Card Game with a special pack dedicated to the steel and psychic type monster. The Pokémon TCG: Mythical Pokémon Collection—Jirachi box set is available in shops now, containing a special Jirachi promo card. It also contains two Pokémon TCG: Generations booster packs and a Pokémon TCG Online code card.
